The same person, start to finish
I come out, measure your job and write the estimate myself, and I'm on site with our crew the day it's poured, so what we talked about is what gets built.
We're Monolith Toledo Concrete. We pour driveways, patios, walks, steps and slabs for homeowners and small business owners in Toledo and the cities around it.

I started out pouring walks and small patios for neighbors on weekends. Word got around, and in 2023 I made concrete my full-time work. I learned the trade beside finishers who'd been at it a long time, and I still pick up something new on most jobs. The first thing they taught me is that concrete is hard to undo, so the job has to be right the first time.
That's why I'd rather tell you something you don't want to hear at the estimate than have you find it out a year later. Most trouble with a slab starts underneath it, in a base that was raked level instead of dug out and packed, or in water nobody checked. Today we do concrete work in Toledo and the cities around it, and since the city requires contractors to register and keep a license to work here, I check the rules before we start.

Concrete cracks, and we'll tell you where yours is likely to. We plan control joints, cuts that give a crack a straight place to go, so it doesn't wander across the slab.
Your quote spells out what's included and what isn't, like tearing out the old concrete and hauling it away, so nothing about the job surprises you later.
Here's what happens from your first call or message to the day your new slab is done.
Call (419) 392-9683 or reach us through the contact page. We reply to every call and message within one business day to set a time to see the job.
The estimate is free, done on site and comes with no obligation. I look at the base and where the water runs, then write down what's included and what isn't.
We pull the permits our work needs and set the pour date around the season, so new concrete gets a fair start before winter. Our crew does the work with me on site.
We're based in Toledo and work across northwest Ohio and southern Michigan. These cities have their own page, and if yours isn't listed, call or message us to ask.
