Who we are and what this policy covers
Monolith Toledo Concrete is a concrete contractor in Toledo, OH. We pour driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps and other flatwork for homeowners in Toledo and the cities around it. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, what we do with it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it.
It covers every page of this site, starting with our home page. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, and it doesn't cover the form service we use, which has its own privacy policy. If you'd like to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has the background.
Information you give us
Most of what we know about you comes from you, when you call us, email us or fill out the estimate form on our Contact page. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio. Some people also send photos, and we use those to understand the job before we come out.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it goes through that service before it reaches us. We only ask for what we need to reply and give you an estimate, and you can leave out anything you'd rather tell us in person.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours can collect some information on its own when you visit. This can include your browser type, the device you're using, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed and the general area you're browsing from, based on your internet connection. We use this to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that don't work well on a phone.
We may use analytics tools and cookies to gather this. Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember things between visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and sending us a request.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your request, set up an estimate visit, put together a quote, schedule and do the work, and follow up afterward if something needs attention. We also use it to keep basic records of the jobs we've done.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing you didn't ask for. If you contact us about a patio, we'll talk to you about the patio.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when it's needed to run the business or do your job. That includes the services that host this website, run our contact form and provide our analytics, and the people on our crew who need your address and job details to do the work.
We may also share information if the law requires it, such as for a court order, or to protect our business, our crew or our customers. If the business were ever sold, customer records would go to the new owner under the same kind of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to quote, do the work and stand behind it, and as long as tax and business record laws require. If you asked for an estimate and didn't hire us, we don't hold onto your details longer than we need to.
Analytics information is usually kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name. When we no longer need something, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and we limit who on our team can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send us anything sensitive, like bank or card numbers, through the contact form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other rights under that state's privacy law, and we'll honor the ones that apply to you.
We'll answer your request within a reasonable time and may need to confirm who you are first, so we don't hand your information to the wrong person. Some records, like ones we have to keep for taxes, may need to stay until the law lets us remove them.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults who own or manage property, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the way we work changes. The newest version will always be on this page, and we last updated it in November 2026.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think we've handled something poorly, call us at (419) 392-9683 or reach us through our Contact page. Tell us what you need and we'll look into it and get back to you.
